A Harry Potter trailer for all the (wizarding) world

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child had a major challenge—many vocal Potter fans didn’t recognize it as canon to the beloved series that proceeded it. I had an idea to create an anthem that could speak directly to the heart of fans who longed to know “what happened next?” We welcomed a generation home to Hogwarts with a new trailer that integrated content from the films, books, and stage production for the very first time. I penned the script and treatment, presented the concept at a global stakeholders summit, and creative directed it all. This massive undertaking involved custom animation, a new onstage shoot that brought audiences into the action, and a coordinated global release uniting all facets of the Wizarding World franchise. And we saw a dramatic shift in fans finally celebrating the show as canon. Writing Harry Potter fanfic as a kid finally paid off.

A Bronx Tale reunion - Digital Short

A Bronx Tale the Musical needed to boost advance ticket sales into a traditionally slow sales period for Broadway. So, we brought Chazz Palminteri and Robert De Niro back together for a digital short that got the whole neighborhood talking—and buying! On set, De Niro looked me in the eye and asked, “Did you write this?” And I successfully refrained from replying, “You talkin’ to me?”

A comeback fit for the Queen of Comeback

The world was turned upside down, and with it, an entire industry went dark. It would be over 600 days before Broadway finally came back to live. Tina - The Tina Turner Musical needed a new TVC spot to welcome audiences back and reignite sales from scratch. I wrote this spot to give Tina (and all of us) one hell of a comeback.

American Psycho musical gets a killer commercial

Patrick Bateman knows just how to make you scream. I tried out the old adage of “sex sells” with this script for the cutting-edge, boundary-pushing musical adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis’ anti-ode to greed, sex, and power brokers.

Fearlessly new. Fiercely now. For Colored Girls.

For Colored Girls, the iconic masterpiece celebrating the power of Black womanhood, was returning to Broadway for the first time in 40 years, but totally reinvented. And it needed a spot that could joyously convey that. I conceptualized this animated spot and collaborated with our team and up-and-coming illustrator Destiny Darcel to create a piece that felt true to this beloved show but also took us somewhere wholly new. It’s time for joy. It’s time for sisterhood. It’s time For Colored Girls.

How New Yorkers embraced a “9/11 Musical”

It’s now a hit film on Apple TV+ and one of the longest-running musicals currently on Broadway, but most industry insiders predicted Come From Away would fail because of the subject matter. The secret? Powerful word of mouth that we capitalized on from go. We noticed early audiences were so inspired by the show’s remarkable true story that they would retell it to everyone they knew . So, I wrote and creative directed a TV spot that leaned into that.
